just trying to pin down my characters.

Nino went through some light tweaking because before i drew him way too muscular and he looked inconsistent.

the owl got a big redesign thats a lot more fun for me to draw, and should be more expressive. i wanted him to be creepy, but i'm not very good at drawing creepy things so i think he just looks cute. a girl from my job agrees. her first reaction to his design was "AWWW SO CUTE!" so... yeah. i think i'm going to go with it because his feet are unneccisarily long so those can kind of be scary... if i try ... right?
i drew a doodle of him peeking from behind a tree in my sketchbook going "hellloooooo" so i think i like him.

i may color this once i figure out what to do with those trees. X( i hate drawing trees so much, i don't know why i want to do a comic where they are present a lot.
